a large, lush valley, it seems. the horizon seems forever away, and no matter how far you go, there's just more, and more grass. but, under the emerald sea is a different sort of sea. watch your step, because a few rivers cut through the jagged countryside. those sapphire veins are only a warning of the underground river rushing under the ground, and a wrong step could land you somewhere horrible.

a long beach, that glides around in a half circle, the glittering aqua ocean inviting, winking it's diamond eyes. a tropical land, the graceful palm trees sweeing into the air, the beautiful green waterfalls of leaves swining low, hindered by their own weight. huge conch shells scatter along the beach, indicating that something but be hiding in the deep... and indeed, sometimes if you stand on the larger boulders that spot the beach, their pink-red coral color bleached by the ever-present sun, you can see a large shadow gliding out, right after a large drop-off about two-three hundred feet off the beach. up until then, the water is crystal clear.

literally translated to paradise valley. Its a misty sort of valley, with low lying fog, but the filtered halos of light make the fog harmless, and small rocks lay in the short grasses that fabric the otherwise distasteful ground. apple trees light the valley, their long, lazy branches always loaded to bear with plump, rich fruit, the ruby skin betraying the delicous taste inside. just the aroma of the orchard can make a horse crazy with desire. but, beware: this is the dream-bringer's place. and if a mortal were to walk in without a dream-bringer escort or invitation... let's just say those apple branches are for more than giving up the fruit of their labors.

for the domain of the darks, this land is blinding. a huge desert that runs along the coast, just on the other side of the mountain rage, which cuts the desert off from all coastal winds. it seems to stretch forever, much like the rest of the things in recarsi. the fine yellow sand is hot on the feet, and the sun seems to ride everyone's backs. there are only a few small oasis-es of sorts, and these are where most of the herd lands are found. even that is not enough. maybe the eternal heat is the punishment wrought among the horses by adalah...

a huge, towering forest, the tips of the tree too far up for anyone to fathom, let alone see. no matter where in the forest you are, you can hear the thunderous sounds of the water. everything is bright, and the colors seem amplified by the wet, lush sounds of rain... or maybe it's the waterfall... but either way, both are constant. it's the perfect land for the dream-bringers, beautiful, and right, but hidden with harmless shadows. the scents are fresh, and strong, like after every rain. and, of course, surrounding the waterfall is an orchard, with the trademark apples and branches that seem to follow these majestic, mysterious masters of evasion.
